Colonial Williamsburg Engagement Shoot – Virginia Beach Wedding Photographer
At DNA Studios, we love getting to know our couples before their big day, and engagement sessions are a really good way to do that. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a wonderful couple who just booked their wedding with us for 2025. I found out they are High school sweethearts! I love it. As a Virginia Beach wedding photographer, I’m always excited to capture love stories in beautiful settings. Location matters!
For their engagement session, we traveled to the charming and historic Colonial Williamsburg. This area really has a lot to offer with its cobblestone streets and architecture. In initially meeting them, I could tell these two were going to be a blast. They had great energy that made it easy for me to get those playful moments. Plus they seemed to be very comfortable. It was an overcast day, and I shot with both natural light and my flash.
I like to capture a mix of candid and posed shots. At DNA Studios we are known for combining both an editorial and documentary style.
They booked our “Your Day Package” that includes 8 hours of coverage, 2 photographers, and a free engagmenet shoot! It’s derfinately our most popular option. I can already tell their wedding day is going to be just as fun and easy going. I don’t take it lighlty to get to be apart of it and look forward to documenting the next chapter of their story!
